HEALTHCARE IS EVOLVING
Our foundation is built on three core pillars of longevity:
Nutrition-Movement-Resilience
A supplement can’t outrun poor sleep. A prescription can’t replace strength.
At waypoint, we review your current health and identify what’s missing. We fill the gaps with our assessment: advanced diagnostics, genetic screening and risk scores, hormone optimization and an in depth functional movement assessment. Everything integrates into a personalized plan built for your body and the life you want to live.
Build your foundation. Optimize what’s possible. Start your Waypoint.

Measurable Longevity Predictors:
DEXA
DEXA provides a precise assessment of body composition and bone health, including lean mass, visceral fat, and bone density. Establish your baseline, identify opportunities for improvement, and objectively track changes over time.
VO₂ Max Testing
VO₂ max testing measures how efficiently your body takes in, transports, and uses oxygen during exercise. The results provide insight into aerobic fitness and exercise capacity and can help establish personalized training zones to guide your fitness program. (predictor of longevity)

Functional Movement Assessment
GRIP STRENGTH
A simple measure of functional strength.
Grip strength provides a quick, objective measure of muscular and functional strength. Establishing a baseline makes it easy to track progress and changes in strength over time.
HANG BAR
Test your grip.
The dead hang is a simple assessment of grip strength and upper-body endurance. Used alongside other performance measures, it provides another objective benchmark that can be tracked over time.
ASSESSMENT
Balance and movement assessment with a Physical therapist
